RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
- FURI Sport wants you to take comfort in knowing that all eligible full priced items can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, all products must be unused and in the condition they were received. They must also be in the original packaging.
- Strung racquets will not be refunded for the price of the string.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?
- Items marked as final sale
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
- Gift cards
HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Credit card refunds usually take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
HOW DO I START AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
- To start an exchange or return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, and the items you would like to exchange or return and why.
- If your request has been approved, we will send a prepaid shipping label that you will use to ship the product(s) back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The price of the shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If approved, your exchanged item will be sent out within 10 days of receiving the returned merchandise.
- Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 10 business days.
- Please note: any item(s) not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be honored.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will also not be honored.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
- If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account or credit card statement.
- If after checking your credit card or bank statement you still do not see the refund credited back to your account, please contact your credit card company or bank.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
MANUFACTURER DEFECT ON FURI SPORT RACQUETS
For any manufacturer defect, as long as it’s within the 1st year of the purchase date, we will ship you a brand new racquet.
The Following Constitutes As A Defective Racquet:
- A manufacturer defect consists of non-removable drill flash, which causes rattling in the racquet
- Defective workmanship
The Following Does Not Constitute As A Defective Racquet
- Any alteration, customizations to the racquet frame, or grip handle
- Excessive wear to the bumper through ground contact
- Repeated contact to the ground
- Stringing the racquet 10 lbs over the suggested manufacturing string tension
Please note: All racquets returns must be inspected by FURI Sport before refunds are honored.
